स्वायत यात्रा 2026
A one-week train journey to Thiruvananthapuram — discovering the self through voluntary pain.

The train departed from the station with a familiar screech. For most passengers, it was a routine journey. For us, it was a deliberate descent into discomfort — a chosen path toward self-discovery.
We do not journey to find something new. We journey to remember what we have always known.
The स्वायत यात्रा was not a pilgrimage to a temple or a trek to a summit. It was a journey inward, facilitated by the simple act of moving through space, enduring discomfort, and paying attention to what arises when comfort is no longer available.
We will do this again. And each time, the journey will be different — not because the route changes, but because we do.

Our Journey Roadmap
Day 1: The Departure
We boarded the train at 10 PM on Friday night with no certain plan — just a train ticket and the willingness to step away from the familiar. The journey inward had begun.
Day 2: Learning on the Rails
A full day of travel. In the train, we explored different technologies, discussed topics of self-health and a healthy mind, and conducted exercises aligned with our mission to make people aware of open-source software and community. Every conversation was a lesson.
Day 3: Arrival in Trivandrum
After two days on the rails, we reached Trivandrum at 6 PM. The destination had arrived — but the real journey was only deepening. The city greeted us with its warmth and we settled in, ready for what lay ahead.
Day 4: Exploring Trivandrum
We spent the day exploring temples and popular destinations around Trivandrum. Each place carried its own energy — ancient stone walls whispering stories of devotion and endurance. We walked, we observed, we absorbed.
Day 5: Community Meet & Return
We conducted a community meet and discussed various topics close to our mission — open source, autonomy, and conscious living. After the meet, we boarded the train back at 4 PM, carrying new friendships and deeper understanding.
Day 6: The Return Journey
A full day of travel back. The return felt different — quieter, more reflective. The conversations continued, the learning never stopped. The train carried us home, but we were not the same people who had left.
Day 7: Back Home
We reached home at 4 PM on Thursday. The seven-day cycle was complete. What began as a train journey had become a journey of self-discovery — of technology, community, health, and the power of open-source thinking.
